We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes, refining and expanding the Wisdom platform based on feedback from our users – and we’re excited to share a series of powerful new features designed to give agencies, consultancies, and professional service firms even more control over their operations.
Here’s what’s new:
Customisable Lead Statuses
You asked, we delivered. Agencies can now tailor lead statuses in the CRM to match their sales process – whether that’s Enquiry > Proposal > Pitch, or something totally unique to your workflow. It’s your pipeline, your way.
Advanced Project Settings
Projects now come with a range of new settings, giving you more granular control:

AI Project Summaries
Need to send a quick progress update? Wisdom’s AI now reviews timesheet entries, budget data, and project milestones to generate digestible summaries. Perfect for sharing internally – or with clients.
Introducing Boards
This one’s big.
Boards are now rolling out inside Wisdom, bringing drag-and-drop task management into your projects and retainers.
Create Kanban or list-style boards, assign tasks to team members, track progress, allocate time, and manage budgets – all in one place. It’s everything you need to keep your team aligned and projects on track.
